Take 5 Oil Change

My son I told me to take my car to your p establishment and I have been nothing but extremely pleased. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I especially want to send a shout out to Robert, who assisted me over the weekend. He checked my oil level. My air filters, and I thought I needed an oil change. But he said, no, so I appreciated the honesty. He is a wonderful asset, gee, your company. You are very lucky to have him. Deb Wacek

A huge thank you to Store Manager Devin and Assistant Manager Kewan for making this such a positive experience. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer throughout the entire visit.

I don’t really write reviews, but Take 5 deserves one! Anytime I come, I never spend more than 20 minutes there. The most recent time, my three small kids were very clearly not in the mood to be there and sit in the car. The staff was super accommodating and even gave them each a freeze pop. It made getting car maintenance done extremely pleasurable, and better yet, it made my kids’ day. Additionally, the staff asked if I had their most recent coupon to take money off and when I said I didn’t, they had provided one for me reducing my final cost by $30. Highly recommend.

So much better than going to jiffy lube or other valvoline oil change. Take 5. The employee was so honest with me. He helped me understand what the best option was for me getting my oil change. After you get an oil change. U can go back anytime before the milage is up for them to add oil in the car. This employee didn't try selling me every product that jiffy lube says all customers have to get this done every 3,000 miles on your car. Jiffy Lube and other corporate companies are just trying to keep their sales and profit more expensive than it needs to be. Take 5 #1 oil change place I've ever went to. This Take 5 is located in New lenox, illinois.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this was top notch service. I was literally in & out in 10 minutes. Amazing customer service. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water & a smile. The team at Take 5 was attentive. Explaining everything in detail. I definitely will be coming back!
